Shipping & returns

Our shop is a small family business with handmade & made-to-order gifts. Please pay close attention to our policies:

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order for a refund.

We will not ship any items until payment has cleared. You will receive a notification by email when your order has been posted.

After an order has been posted if items are found to be damaged or faulty we will replace if contact is made within 7 days of item being delivered. Items will only be refunded/replaced once item has been returned.

We do not offer exchanges.

If you require your gift for a certain date - Please message the shop BEFORE ordering to ensure we can guarantee delivery by this date for you. We will NOT be held responsible for buyer purchasing & not checking lead time.
